The Homeowners Association of Trinidad and Tobago provides a free, safe, secure digital platform focused on addressing the needs of our country’s private homeowners and residents. It does this by empowering Communities, NGOs and Government Agencies to communicate more effectively.
Please note: Member profiles, directories, groups, discussions, and site activity are private by default and only visible to users where relevant or explicitly made public. As a result, much of the content and group activity may not appear unless you have the appropriate permissions.
Currently, direct video uploads are not supported. However, you may share videos by providing a link from a video hosting platform such as YouTube, Facebook, or Vimeo. We plan to enable direct uploads in the future.
Your profile and the information you submit are, by default, private and viewable only by you. You also have the option to toggle this visibility. No homeowner or resident profiles are searchable on HOATT. However, public profiles like Government Agencies and NGOs are searchable. As a member, you can also add connections and customise your privacy settings.
All HOATT members are verified through a valid form of national identification linked to their residence. Members may participate in public forums and view publicly available information, but access to other areas of the site is restricted unless specific permissions are granted.
